"Great state, work togather, rotate presidency, nap 5, not toxic whales."

"Honestly, stay away from State 2578 if you’re actually trying to play the game. I’ve been here since the start and watching this state go down the drain has been brutal. It’s got such bad vibes right now—zero leadership, no vision, and just a totally toxic environment.
The biggest issue is definitely the WHL alliance. Honestly, calling them "two-faced" is putting it lightly. They’ll sit there and preach all these "values" to the members, but behind closed doors? It’s all just self-serving garbage. They don't actually care about winning; they just care about their own politics.
It’s no wonder they lose all their big players. Anyone who actually knows how to play or cares about making an effort realizes pretty fast that they're bad news"

"Overall, the feel of state has vastly improved now that a few key players have left. There is a lot of teamwork and cooperation among the alliances now and the state leadership is always working towards bigger and better things for 2664."

STATE: 3168
"1/5 Stars — Rigged Ecosystem for Whales
Toxic pay-to-win design. State 3168 is monopolised by a corrupt whale cartel that weaponises state skills to protect top spenders while regular players are left defenceless. The structural favouritism is so severe that active alliances are completely abandoning the server. A mass transfer is locked in for next season to leave 3168 behind. Do not download or invest unless you enjoy a rigged, lawless digital dictatorship. Avoid this wasteland."

"Dictatorship. Most whales are in one single alliance and they are not a part of NAP. They break the rules as they wish and make a show of their kindness after refusing all attempts for an agreement."

"Lumo isn’t bad. It’s APT that is throwing a tantrum because they weren’t getting their way hence the SFC thievery. Crazy how many people (APT) think this is ok. Though Asians didn’t like bringing dishonor to their name. Isn’t thievery dishonor?"

ABOUT THIS PROJECT
Have you ever transferred to a state and it was different than it was promised? Have you ever accepted a player and it became clear that they were completely different than expected?
We had it multiple times, so we decided to create this project. Our goal is to provide transparency and accountability within the Whiteout Survival community. It's not just about warnings—you can also honour the hard-working and nice people who make the game enjoyable.
Features of this platform:
•State Reviews: Check the reputation of a state before transferring. Know the drama, leadership styles, and overall environment.
•Player Backgrounds: Look up players by ID to avoid toxic members or welcome valuable allies.
•Anonymous Logging: Your identity is protected. Share your honest experiences without fear of retaliation.
•Automated Passports: Generate shareable ID cards for States and Players to quickly prove their reputation on Discord.
